Wakame is one of the most nutritious seaweeds from Japan. Wakame Flakes are used for a great number of Japanese Recipes such as soups, salads, simmered dishes, etc. Happiness from the sea. Tradition has it that beautiful skin and hair is made by wakame. Research has found that wakame help maintain already normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and improves metabolism of fatty acids.
